haha...very lazy to blog recently. Updates..i had a bad encounter with e store manager of causeway point watsons, over 11 mascaras that went missing. Placed them under the counter, and the next day i turned up for work, they were gone..so so dangerous..nobody knew what happened to them. I was v pissed, cos i might have to pay for e mascaras..so pissed that i smsed my fellow promoter who was working in e basement at guardians. Out of concern, she came up to look for me..at that time, i was engaged in a rather heated conversation with the store manager, cos nobody seem to care about my missing mascaras! Something like "Its ur own business, i can;t be bothered to help unless u make a fuss out of it" attitude! These people are cold fishes, i hate causeway point watsons staff! , with the exception of afew people..onli a few who are mostly fellow promoters of brands like Extrim, Himalayas..etc.
THE MANAGER SUCKS. After repeatedly bringing up this unresolved issue,
(which is like totally not my fault but their fault..cos they are responsible for the things under the cashier counter), the black-faced manager demanded to speak to my sales supervisor, after which, he came up to me and snapped " Next time if something like this happens, please don't call your friend up" I was really very angry after i heard this. She came up purely out of concern, and he chose to misinterprete her/my intentions. Like i needed backing, or tt i bring people up to bully him?? Or malicious little me wanted to fan the flames and spread rumours around the whole shopping centre? For gods sake, i onli told ONE fren and shes a fellow loreal promoter K! I admit that i had not been clear-headed enough to realise that telling one person about this incident would ald be enuff to let this rumour spread like wild fire..but hey, i mean no harm okay! For the lst time in my life, i quarrelled with this yaya guy. Reasoning with him is as useful as getting him to talk without shouting, really. I told him that if he insists on misinterpreting my intentions, then i have nothing to say. He practically shouted my head off " So you are not happy working here? If so, i can tell your manager about it" Threatening me? I'm not scared lor, you are just a puny small time store manager!!! I was fuming, and i said, i'm just trying to reason with you! He complained about me to my sales supervisor. I tell you, i have never met someone so damn unreasonable, so YAYA, so temperamental before k! So damn tao3 ren2 yan4 that i actualli flared up! SUCKSSUCKSUCKS, VINCENT SUCKS.Ok..anyway, the mascaras were found a few days later, apparently, some wise guy was worried about someone stealing the mascaras and had hid the bag in some secluded corner, and he was not at work that fateful day. So it was all an misunderstanding, and whos fault is this? WATSONS. y? Cos they have lousy communication system..for gods sake, if you are goin to put peoples things away, pls write a note or at least inform someone whos gg down to work the next day! You cant just take peoples things and put in a diff place! Thats very rude..and irresponsible however good your intentions are. WATSON SUCKS. The yaya guy, pretended nothing was wrong, and he smiled at me..i was still feeling pretty wronged and wrongly scolded..feel so yuan1 wang4! Anyways, i'm so glad that i arent working there le. Had stopped work for 3 days..was at causeway point guardian today, the manager there was so friendly for a change! realli warmed my heart to know that good people do exsiT:D Now waiting for sales supervisor to assign me to other places. Hopefully, not all store supervisors are rotten, like this vincent guy here. Or best..just gimme menial work to do, i'm quite sick of promoting the dyes, see all the copper, mahagony, blonde, brown tones, i wanna cry.
After work, i went to Hilary Hahn Gala Concert... i'm realli amazed by her perfect techniques, she plays with so much ease, simply flawless..magic is the word. There was the Prelude and Dance of the Spinning Wheel from Mother Goose by Ravel. She sails thru double-stops, trills, fast furious spiccatos, and all the difficult techniques with an ease comparable to breathing. My favourite symphony piece was SERGEI Rachmaninov 's Symphony No. 2 in E minor Op 27. The lyrical melodies played so passionately by the violinists, the creation of tension by tremolos , the haunting bass by the cellos, doublebasses..the amazing percussion...a very magical moment was created in the concert hall..i could practically melt into the music :D:D Very pearl harbour like..onli tat its so much richer in texture and moods :) gg to hunt for his cd next time i go to hmv. Very tired..contact lenses blurred..gg to slp soon, nighties!
